Spam in Outlook Express?

I am getting up to 1200 mails a day addressed to a non existant user (usually starts with edona….@) as the user name). My name is Denis@.
I have no individual acccounts set on on OE. Would doing this enable me to filter tham? How would I do this?
What else can I do? My ISP will change my account, but I don’t really want the hassle of doing this.
Thanks
Are there any safe, free antivirus programs I can install online? I’ve heard that WinAntiSpyware is a scam.

I have McAfee but it’s so expensive, I’d rather find something cheaper. I’m scared to just go download an anti-virus program though because of malware programs - the programs that look authentic but then either spam or virus you. Does anyone know a safe, authentic program? Anti-hacking software would be appreciated, too.
Yahoo bulk mail filter is suddenly trapping all my e-mails from PayPal?

I sell on eBay, and I depend on receiving e-mailed forms from PayPal that tell me when someone has paid for an auction through PayPal. I also receive receipts for the postage I purchase through PayPal for my individual eBay mailings. Up until 10 days ago these e-mails all came into my in box so they would automatically drop down into my Outlook Express in my computer.
Yahoo! made a change to the bulk mail
filter a couple of weeks ago, and it is now trapping all these automatic
e-mails from PayPal.com., which means I have to constantly go to Yahoo! to check the bulk mail filter to see if anyone has paid me, instead of having them come down into my Outlook Express automatically.
Telling the Yahoo! system that this is ‘not spam’ is not fixing this.
I’m getting only unhelpful automatic responses from Yahoo! on this (don’t they have any HUMANS working for them?) but if anyone has any suggestions on fixing this, or on getting help from a live person at Yahoo, please share!
Appreciate the input. Brian 200, as I said in my original post, I am already doing the ‘not spam’ and it doesn’t work.
LoneStar, adding PayPal to my address book may work for the postal receipts from PayPal which all come from the same PayPal e-mail address, but the payment receipts have the individual eBay customer as the sender, and each address is different, since it is the customer’s own address and not PayPal’s. I’ve been doing my eBay and PayPal e-mailing through Yahoo! for years and this has never been a problem before! Does anyone else have a suggestion?
How to specify “present” condition in Mozilla Thunderbird message filter?

Some mail header named X-Spam-Detected. I want to create a rule to express when a message has X-Spam-Detected header. How to do ? I have tried “contains *” . Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
I had created a customized header for X-Spam-Detected. The problem is, there is no true/false value for “contains” condition to choose. Only a normal text field to enter. I have tried “*”, but no luck.
I have a question about mail settings in Outlook Express?

I use Outlook Express and do not receive certain emails. I have checked my SPAM filters, blocked senders list, message rules, spoken with my internet provider and NO one has been able to help me with this issue. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this issue? Thanks!
