Free Anti Spam Software

and I try and get on the internet and all kind of crazy porn and warnings about how my computer proformance is being decreased and I think that I have a lot of spam or somethnig its even sayin something about spyware……… I really don’t no to much about computers and I don’t have money to fix it can someone tell me what I can do about this problem that am having and how I can download something for free to fix it I all ready have a anti viris software installed on it tho.

I downloaded the free ATT/yahoo antivirus which comes with the DSL. all of a sudden today it is gone! it’s no longer on the yahoo page, just the anti-spam stuff. what happened?

i need anti virus software, but would like to know if i could get it for free anywhere without it being spam or a virus itself. thank you!
