Help! My outgoing mail from Outlook Express is not showing up to clients who have Yahoo e-mail addresses?

I use OE as my main e-mail, and it seems that my clients who use Yahoo or Hotmail are not receiving my e-mails. I am using a secondary identity on OE mostly for business, which is where I send the e-mails from. The main identity is my personal account. I always ask the clients to check their spam filters, etc. and still have problems. I even tested it to send an e-mail to myself at this Yahoo address and it has not showed up! Help! I cannot afford for my clients who have yahoo accounts to not receive my e-mails. Is there anything else I can do??

Hi,
Sorry, nothing to do about recieving mail except to wait for it. Mine has been held up for as many as 8 days. You can go to the help link below and got info. on how to tell where the messages are getting delayed. It is too long for me to put here as I did on one answer and I don’t want to do that again! L O N G !!!
Click the “Options” link in the upper right of your Mail page. On the Options page, in the “Management” column, click on “General Preferences”. Find the “Composing E-mails” section, “Mode:”, and choose “Compose messages as plain text”. Scroll to the bottom and click the “Save” button. Now try it.
I would clean my cache: Tools on toolbar. Internet Options, Delete Cookies and Delete Files. Then move down and Clear History. Click OK. It’s done!
If that doesn’t work:…
I suggest going back to IE 6 until testing stage is complete. Turn off automatic updates until then too!!!
Click on Start, Control Panel/Settings, Add and Remove Programs. Find IE 7 or IE 8. Remove it and you will go back to Internet Explorer 6.
I also advise Switching Back To Original Mail until testing stage is complete.
NOTE: Use beta software at your own risk; it is intended for testing and evaluation purposes only. Do not install beta software on your primary computer or production environment.
Hope this helps you.
