Help! Email server gets changed every time I reboot computer?

Every time I restart my computer my pop email server for my outlook express accounts gets changed to a weird IP number. I’ve installed and removed a few anti-spam software in the past few days and I think one of them is reconfiguring my email account every time I turn on the computer.
How do I stop this from happening?
How do I make a SPAM folder for my junk mail to use with OutLook Express?

When I use Outlook I get a TON of junk mail. I was wondering if there is anyway to get or use a SPam/Junk folder to help filter this out! Please help!!
Advice needed with Outlook Express question?

I am using Otlook Express. Even though I have a spam filter I am sick of the spam that comes daily. I have created a new user name - with the same internet company. I will keep both accounts. I wish to use SWITCH IDENTITY. Can you tell me how I can use the same address book for both accounts? I also would like to move some folders of saved emails to the new identity too.
Help would be appreciated, thanks
It suits me better to stay with my ISP.
I would really like to know how to import the address book and the folders.
What is the best and easiest-to-manage Linux OS / POP / SMTP server for a novice Linux administrator?

I am a novice Linux server admin (I can us SSH, vi, cron, and understand config files), but I am willing to learn. However, I do not have hundreds of hours to research and learn all the ins-and-outs of Linux. I need something fairly turnkey:
What is the best server software that will do all or most of the following:
- POP3 server
- SMTP server
- Webmail server (with good standard features, like WYSIWYG editor, attachments, etc.)
- Web-based end-user configuration tools
- Anti-virus
- Anti-spam (blacklists and whitelists & RBL support required, spam filtering logic a plus)
- Authentication data stored in a database for easy management.
- POP-before-SMTP authentication
Similarly, I need to pick the best Linux OS to run this puppy on. I would like an OS with a wizard install, and one with adequate security for a publicly accessible server.
Last of all, it would be great if all of the above would be freely available for commercial use.
Thanks for your help!
Its hard to catch all SPAM?

Groupshield 6 is installed on our Comms Svr running Exchange 2000 Standard Edition. This is the ISA Server and the e-mail gateway. This server forwards E-mail to 3 other Exchange Servers at three separate geographical sites within the local domain. I have spent hours trying to get the best out of the Spam Killer plug in to Groupshield but it is still letting huge amounts of SPAM through (it is trapping a lot also). Im not certain if I need to install additional copies of groupshield on each of our other three exchange servers in the separate OU’s but I have a feeling Groupshield and SPAM killer only work on the gateway server?
Any advice? Maybe there is better Anti SPAM software? A lot of SPAM is being caught but mostly its the Viagra and Penis Enlargement (!) type and not other sorts offering fake watches, business opportunities etc! I can import a blacklist.txt file but im not sure of the layout nor where to download a decent one from. Im hoping there is a web site one!
How to prevent receiving my e-mail in Outlook Express doubled?

Hi everyone,
I think it started after I installed anti-spam software. I have the same e-mail doubled - one is normal, and another is “empty”.
It floods my mail and eventually I get “overquota” message.
Does anybody know why I get them doubled, and what to do to stop it???
Thanks guys !!!! I really honestly appreciate your help.
