Free Anti Spam Software

I need to buy anti-virus software. thinking whether Symantec can scan yahoo free mail account, kill yahoo mail account virus. yahoo is providing spam detect and scan attachment. but does that helpful in total protection? is symantec able to perform scanning/killing virus to oulook likewise to yahoo free email account? is yahoo anti-virus(free acount) save/sufficent already? thanks.:) : >

We used to received/download emails in outlook 2007 two days ago, but upon coming to the office we are unable receive mails but able to send. I’ve check with our email hosting server and nothing were stored in their server. Could it be that we exceeded our limit of 100 mb space in their server (172/100mb). We are using a ESET smart security firewall(deactivated), spam filtering and anti-virus(activated). So far we, the same settings has been used before without any problem.

I have hundreds of mainly pornographic spam.My IP providers spam filters are useless and despite talking to them the problem persists so I have switched to yahoo.The address needs permanent deletion. I use Outlook express for this address. Please help

We have stopped getting emails and I don’t have a clue why. We have Outlook Express and keep getting the message “incoming server pop3 cannot be found”. We’ve checked all of our spam filters, etc. and cannot figure it out. Any help? Thanks!

My mother is receiving tons of filthy spam in her verizon outlook express.

Anyway, I tried message rules/block sender/spam filter/ nothing works. She now wants to change her email and start over.

If I create an alias, wouldn’t she still get mail to her normal address in her alias box? Would an alias help at all? What are my options?

I use Outlook Express and do not receive certain emails. I have checked my SPAM filters, blocked senders list, message rules, spoken with my internet provider and NO one has been able to help me with this issue. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this issue? Thanks!

My Orange email messages comes into Outlook Express fine, but the Bt one has the above error message, yet the messages come onto my MailWasher Spam filter ok, but not onto Outlook Express, I have checked the mail accounts with your questions & answers and are fine. I am using Windows XP Pro. SP2, Outlook Express 6. Can anyone help me, why this is happening please?
